Our Savvy Organic Shopper was browsing www.OrganicItsWorthIt.org for some vegan recipes when she stumbled upon an amazing cauliflower casserole dish. She didn’t have any cauliflower, though, so she opened a new tab to check out what her local Safeway in Alexandria, VA had in stock. Low and behold, organic cauliflower was on sale for $3.99 (non-organic was 2 for$ 5). She headed the store to pick up this organic ingredient, knowing it would give her the assurance that her casserole would not contain toxic pesticides. Delicious and healthy: so worth it!
