She was pleasantly surprised, then, when she found organic cherries on sale for just $4.99 per pound at Trader Joe’s in Rockville, MD. She was already inclined to buy organic, knowing that all organic products must be grown without the use of toxic pesticides. But the fact that the organic cherries were so affordably priced sealed the deal: she couldn’t leave the store without them!
